Payment

We operate on a payment-first basis to avoid failed deliveries and delays. Once payment is confirmed, your order is secured and dispatched immediately.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. We offer replacements only — not refunds. Replacements are for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item or size sent). Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original box. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
